BE's mission is to bring the knowledge, tools, and strategies to balance the nervous system for increased resilience, mental wellness, and gut health to the community at large. We do this by offering quality products and services, including individual and group coaching, signature programming, evidence-based community education and professional training, and supplements. Our goal is to provide the best products and services available for reasonable prices and to promote healthy lifestyles, whole body wellness, and resilience in mind, body, spirit, and emotion.

Signature Programs
ACT for Resilience™ and GO RESET™
BE's signature programs, ACT for Resilience™ and GO RESET™, provide clients with the tools and strategies to shift their mindset, improve their health, and increase their emotional bandwidth to lower stress. These two programs effectively guide clients into wellness by first addressing the state of the nervous system and encouraging self-discovery which slowly starts to build resilience and enables movement into a growth mindset. Through lifestyle training, short term gains are converted into longer term goals and strategies that are used to further build and sustain resilience in mind, body, spirit, and emotion. Thus, the two programs work in tandem with one another to create balance and a sense of overall wellbeing.
